Laura specialised in private sector brand strategy and innovation for 10 years before joining Girl Effect in September 2013.
At Girl Effect she founded and scaled TEGA, the multi-award winning girl led mobile research operation. TEGA now provides fast, authentic insight into the lives of vulnerable girls and their surrounding communities to Girl Effect and the wider development community.
Most recently Laura has moved into a new senior director role as Head of Asia and US. In her new role Laura has overall responsibility for all activity within these regions, ensuring each country delivers the greatest amount of change to the greatest number of girls.
