A multiple award-winner for her TV and digital productions, Claire came to Girl Effect after 20 years working with large media conglomerates and emerging digital media startups.
From 2001 to 2012, she was the global Head of Digital for international television producer FremantleMedia, working on integrated strategies involving digital activations for TV formats such as Idol, Got Talent, The X Factor and The Price is Right, as well as managing original digital productions and partnerships. From 2007 to 2012, she also ran FremantleMedia’s central drama division, specialising in long running serial dramas such as Australia’s Neighbours.
Until 2015, Claire was Managing Director of ChannelFlip, one of the original UK-based online multi-channel networks. She is also a board advisor of Instrumental, a talent discovery network that uses AI to identify star potential in online talent, and sits on the editorial advisory board of the IBC conference.
