Ni Nyampinga interview featured by Huffington Post

We are proud to have Ni Nyampinga featured as part of Huffington Post’s #TalkToMe online video campaign.

The campaign, developed in partnership with Unilever, showcases key influencers like YouTube’s CEO Esther Wojcicki and Richard Branson, by having them interviewed by their own children. The aim of the project is to inspire the world over to have more open conversations between parent and child.

The Girl Effect worked hard to be part of this campaign, that saw Nadia, our Ni Nyampinga girl journalist interview her mother in a slightly different take to the other videos of the campaign. The interview is the perfect demonstration of how it takes a parent, the family and the whole community to empower and change a girls’ whole reality.
